On Tuesday, we drove up to Tumwater WA. Tumwater is located near the state capital of Olympia. It took us close to 4 hours to get there. Grandma Peggy was happy to see us (although she didn't have her glasses until we were ready to leave). We have lots of fond memories of the visit. Ainsley played the piano for Grandma and this triggered a memory in another resident, who was listening. After we left, the lady worked her way over to the piano and started playing. Grandma gave the girls presents (thank you Aunt Lynn), which was really special as they were delighted with the color wonder and stuffed animals. We stayed for over two hours and then to Uncle Jim and Aunt Lynn's. Their property is really nice and each homeowner has done a nice job with landscaping. They own close to 26 acres and it is all developed. It looks really nice. After dinner in Portland, Kaley became quite a clown and stood up, bent over and walked liked Grandma. It was so spur of the moment that at first, we didn't know what Kaley was doing....then it clicked and laughter erupted from our table. It was quite funny!!
