Poppi called towards the end of October with a money making oppt. for the girls. He had $26.00 for each of them, but they had to earn it. Kaley had to write a story with 26 lines and Ainsley had to learn the first 26 Presidents. Upon hearing this, both girls said it would be a cinch....easy peasy. Ainsley ended up learning all the Presidents (thanks to the tune of "the ten little indians") and Kaley wrote and wrote...mostly about things that she liked, such as the rain and what she likes to do when it rains. Kaley's writing could aptly be titled "All my favorite things".
Poppi showed up with $$$ in hand and the girls had fun doing their banking with him. Depositing some/and keeping some out. Ainlsey took her $$ she kept out and donated it to St. Jude's. Kaley used hers to buy canned goods for her Mass, which Poppi and Nana just happened to be here for.
