The other day at Ainsleys "Ready, Set, Go...Kindergarten" class, she was studying musical instruments. Part of the structure for the day includes drawing a picture about what they are studying. Ainsley came home to tell me that she drew a picture of herself playing daddy's guitar. This took me a bit by surprise as daily Ainsley tinks around on the piano. When she is upset, she plays low notes in a more aggressive way and when she is composing.....who knows what she will come up with. It surprised me that she drew a picture of herself with the guitar. When I asked her about the guitar over the piano..she responded "oh, I forgot I had a piano" Now mind you, she hasn't seen or touched daddys guitar in probably 3 years. I hope she will always have a great memory. The girls were pretty persistant about having Michael show them his guitar. They had a wonderful evening with daddy.
